Notice is hereby given the AGM of Southern & Wessex Area will be held at Hyde Memorial Hall, Frogaham HIll, Stockton, Fordingbridge SP6 2HH on March 15th at 10.30am.  Notices of motion must be sent in writing no later than 60 days prior to K. Gardner, 29 St Catherines Road, Eastleigh, Hampshire, SO50 4JT  Nominations for committee must be given 14 days before the AGM.  Individual membership cards must be shown.  Sorry no camping at this venue.
